You can use this training split in 3 different ways:
- Hit each workout once in a 7 day period. (beginner)
- Hit each workout 4 days in a row and take a day off. (intermediate-advanced)
- Hit each workout and only take rests days when needed. (intermediate-advanced)
I created this program to help you build muscle or get lean naturally. It can be used when cutting or bulking. To be followed for at least 12 weeks, but can be as a long term training strategy.
Please do not buy this if you do not have a gym membership. I created this program for people who are not scared of compound lifts and have access to general equipment (cables, dumbbells, etc).
