Who are we and why are we doing this?
Jacked Jerky was founded by an avid weight lifter who is obsessed with finding high quality protein sources. After going down the protein snack/supplement rabbit hole, one thing was for certain - there is nothing better than the real thing. Beef is one of the most nutrient dense foods available to humans, containing serval essential nutrients. The main nutrient however, is PROTEIN! After stumbling upon a unique beef jerky recipe, it was clear that it needed to be shared with the world. Thus, Jacked Jerky was born! All of our flavors contain Tamari sauce, which has a rich, savory taste that will leave you wanting more. All of our beef is made from sustainability sourced, 100% grass fed cows.
Why 100% grass fed beef?
Our beef is raised on open pastures, without the use of antibiotics or hormones. We believe that grass-fed beef is not only better for the environment, but also healthier and more flavorful than conventionally raised beef.
Conventionally raised beef cows are fed on a grain-based diet, causing them to fatten easily. Their diets consist of mainly soy and corn, with small amounts of dried grass. Typically, their lives are spent in feedlots in confined spaces before they are taken to the slaughterhouse.
100% grass fed cows are raised on the pasture and stay on the pasture their entire lives. They eat a diet consisting of mostly grass and get to spend the majority of their time outside. Typically, 100% grass fed beef is more nutritious than conventionally raised beef. It is also known to be leaner.
We believe that 100% grass fed beef simply tastes better then conventionally raised beef. Don't believe us? Try it out for yourself!

Slow-cooked to perfection and paired with a savory blend of tamari, spices, salt, and black pepper. Plus, a touch of white sugar adds just the right amount of sweetness.

2. Southwest Recipe
The perfect blend of spicy and savory.
INGREDIENTS: Grassfed Beef, Tamari (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol) Green Chili Peppers, Garlic, Sugar, Red pepper, Seasonings.
3. Sweet Heat
Sweet heat really lives up to the name. Tender slices of premium beef with moderate heat tamed with a hint of honey. This combination of spicy and sweet will keep your taste buds wanting more.

What is Tamari?
Tamari sauce is a Japanese condiment that is similar to soy sauce, but with a slightly different flavor and production process. It is made by fermenting soybeans, salt, and then pressing the mixture to extract a liquid that is rich in flavor and umami.
Compared to regular soy sauce, tamari has a richer, savory and less salty taste, and it is often used as a dipping sauce, marinade, or seasoning in Japanese cuisine. Tamari is also gluten-free, making it a popular alternative to soy sauce for people with gluten sensitivities.
